Shop artists from around the world

SINGULART represents over 12,000 creative individuals in 165 countries and is committed to a single mission: to support artists and designers who share their passion for beauty and inspiration. They focus on contemporary creators because creativity opens minds and brings people together.

Founded as an online art and design gallery in 2017 by Vera Kempf & Brice Lecompte, their goal was to empower artists worldwide. In 2019, SINGULART became the first online art gallery to exhibit at a physical art fair, and since then many exhibitions have followed, including SCOPE New York and AQUA in Miami.

“We saw an opportunity in the art market because many artists are not digitally established,” says co-founder Kempf. “In addition, the art market is highly fragmented and organized by country. This means that there is no big international market, rather many small ones. Thanks to a digital solution, we created the possibility of providing global visibility for artists that they might not have with traditional galleries.”

Lecompte adds, “We wanted to build a successful company that puts an emphasis on equal opportunities to all. SINGULART empowers artists and gives them an equal chance – no matter where they come from.”

Here is a small collection of creatives within the SINGULART community of art and design lovers:

Maria D’Angelo is an artist based in the United States whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. She cites animals, especially horses, as being a great love of hers since she was very young. For D’Angelo, nothing compares to the beauty and spirit of horses. In her realistic and figurative works, she wants her subjects to look as though they will “come to life and gallop off the paper.”

Kindrie Grove, a Canadian sculptor, painter and author, has exhibited throughout North America Growing up on a horse farm, being surrounded by animals, served as her earliest inspiration for creating art. A mixture of impressionism with a realistic approach, her works convey the spirits and personalities of animals and wildlife. Grove paints using oils on canvas and her sculptures are created using polymer clay, then cast in bronze using the lost wax method.

R.K. Jolley is an experienced American artist with national exposure. His eclectic portfolio includes landscape, figurative and non-representational works painted in styles such as realism, tonalism and impressionism. Each of his paintings makes an expert study of light and balanced composition, producing portraits and landscapes imbued with serenity and delicate detailing.

Douglas Webb is an U.S. artist whose paintings have been featured in solo and group exhibitions nationally. While he has several strings of work, he refers to his central theme as “Symbolic Surrealism”, wherein landscapes have movement and hidden imagery that create meaning as an expression of awakening. Webb’s distinctive compositions are most often created with oils on canvas.
